Out of more than 5,800 hospitals in the United States, Memorial Hospital is the first to receive the Joint Commission’s Disease Specific Certification for Sepsis. Just as the Joint Commission certifies Primary Stroke Centers and other programs, they are now certifying Sepsis programs.

Breast Center Earns Full NAPBC Accreditation

Memorial Hospital's Breast Center has been granted a full accreditation designation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), a program administered by the American College of Surgeons. There are only nine centers in Florida, including Memorial's, that have this elite designation.
