Volunteers are an important part of the Memorial Hospital team. For many patients and their families, our volunteers are the first people they see when they come through the door and we depend on them to help create a caring and compassionate environment for our patients.
Memorial Hospital volunteers are varied and talented - professionals, retirees, stay-at-home moms, women and men of all ages. For more information on joining our team, please email us or call our Volunteer Office at (904) 399-6035.
If you’d like to start the process of becoming a volunteer, please fill out this form and mail it to Membership Chairman, Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, 3625 University Blvd. S., Suite 140, Jacksonville, FL 32216 or fax it to (904) 391-3356.
