We all know that staying hydrated and drinking plenty of water is important, but how much is too much, and can overhydrating hurt you? These are questions Georgia parents are asking after a 17-year old high school student died from drinking too many liquids during practice.
Dr. Shalaka Ghate from Memorial Family Medicine - Beach Boulevard did not treat the teen but she does warn about the dangers of over-hydration.
